Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email support@norfen.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is confirmed.
How will I know my order was placed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once your order ships, you’ll get a second email with tracking information.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently. Every NORFEN package is already minimal and considered — it makes a clean gift as-is.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery time estimates by region.
How long does delivery take?
Poland: 1–3 business days. EU: 3–7 days. US/Canada: 7–14 days. Full details on the Shipping page.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. For international orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Email support@norfen.co to start the process.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Are there items I can’t return?
Boxers and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.

What sizes do you carry?
XS, S, M, L. Our pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit — see the Size Guide for measurements.
How do I care for my NORFEN pieces?
All items include care instructions on the label. In general: cold wash, low heat or hang dry, no bleach.
Are the materials sustainable?
We prioritize natural fibres — cotton, linen, wool — and work with manufacturers who share our values. Each product page lists the exact composition.
